HGJ Ground Joint Utlity

Hiltap Fittings has announced that its HGJ Series of Joint Utility Unions is now available in a 1-inch size. HGJ Series Utility Unions can be used as a coupling for most steam, water and standard utility applications. By utilizing a commercially available O-ring seal, HGJ utility unions are interchangeable with most conventional ground joint unions.

L90 Series Loading Arm Counterbalance

OPW Engineered Systems L90 Series Counterbalance has been designed for loading arms that require higher spring loads to accommodate longer reaches and additional equipment. The innovative linear spring design does not require the pneumatic system that is typical for loading arms that have a longer reach or additional weight from attachments. Because all of the calibrations done on the L90 are completed at the back of the spring, the operator is never placed in harms way, and a simple turn of the adjusting bolt provides finite adjustments to tune the loading arm to the desired balance point.

Drylok™ is designed to safely transfer hazardous corrosive, volatile liquids such as acids, solvents and petrochemicals. An interlocking handle averts accidental spills by preventing uncoupling while the valve is open. And, the unit's flat face minimizes fluid loss, further reducing exposure to risk during operation. Drylok™ is ideal for all kinds of hazardous fluids where product loss is a problem, such as high-pressure lines, high flow rates, slurries, and gases.

Top-Loading Fixed Style

This simple arm incorporates only three swivel planes of rotation and is designed for use in top loading installations where the vehicle is located at a fixed distance from the riser pipe. The two swivel planes at the inlet permit both up-and-down and side-to-side movement of the assembly, and the third swivel plane allows the drop pipe to remain vertical.

Valves can be located inboard or outboard to facilitate loading. With a valve located outboard, dripping of viscous products after loading can be minimized.

This single arm loader is adaptable to tight fill or closed loading when equipped with additional swivel planes of roatation and/or drop hose, along with required outboard coupling, union or fitting.
